From 2000 to 2006, Hervé brought support to CEOs and/or owners of mid-size firms in LBOs, fund raising, acquisitions, shareholder strategy. He has developed an investment activity in internet start-ups alongside private and institutional investors. Together with two partners, they completed the buy-out of a specialist retail firm, which they reorganized and sold subsequently to an international diversified retail group.

Hervé was a director in the investment banking team of Apax Partners, a leading private equity group, from 1996 to 1999.

Based in Paris, he was involved in numerous private equity transactions.

◼︎ GBL Group (Albert Frère et Paul Desmarais)
During 8 years, Hervé was part of the Albert Frère and Paul Desmarais team within their GBL pan-European equity investment vehicle.
He was based in London, Brussels, and Paris.
